Product was damaged

Received my order and could instantly tell it had been damaged before opening the bubble wrap. Looks like it had been dropped as it has a crack in the bottom corner of the shampoo bottle which had leaked all throughout the packaging which I assume would have happened before packing as the parcel was wrapped in thick bubble wrap. Still waiting on a reply for replacement.
